My Passion…….

Some people have an eye for photography or have skilled hands in the kitchen, and others have a green thumb. I appreciate all of those qualities, and sometimes wish I even possessed them. Here’s what I do have. I have a knack, a passion for finding creative financing options for my buyers. So that if it’s photography that you love, you can decorate your new home with all of your most treasured moments, or create a dish for friends and family to enjoy from the comfort of your new kitchen, or tend to the seeds you will plant and watch grow.

In real estate, creative financing is non-traditional or uncommon means of buying land or property. The goal of creative financing is to purchase, or finance a property, with the buyer using as little of their own money as possible. It’s called leveraging, OPM (Other People’s Money).

Using creative financing, I have been able to help first-time buyers purchase a home, I have helped empty-nesters downsize, and retirees buy their long-awaited waterfront property. Creative financing is what I love. It is more flexible than non-traditional means, allowing for negotiating terms such as interest rates and payments. Examples of creative financing include; private mortgages, home equity lines, seller-financing, and more.

Perhaps, best of all, creative financing often leads to life-long relationships with lenders, and that benefits all of my clients. Relationships are at the heart of real estate, and I believe in cultivating and maintaining them.
